Company
Governance Is the Product.
Vision Statement
Enterprise AI that is accountable by design, verifiable by evidence, and trusted at scale.
ArthaVedh is a governance-native enterprise AI infrastructure company. We build Clarvus AIOS — the enterprise AI operating system that makes AI decisions defensible, auditable, and policy-enforced at the infrastructure level — and the regulated enterprise applications built on it.
We build the platforms, frameworks, and advisory capabilities that enable regulated financial institutions to deploy AI with confidence, at board level, at the regulator's desk, and in production. Our approach is not theoretical. Every framework we publish, every platform we ship, has been pressure-tested against our own live AI operations first.
This is the structural difference between ArthaVedh and the advisory and tooling market that surrounds enterprise AI: we have operational skin in the game.
Our Story
Built from Operational Reality
ArthaVedh was not founded to capitalise on the AI wave. It was founded because the founders, practitioners who had spent decades inside regulated financial institutions, recognised a structural gap: the industry was deploying AI faster than it was building the infrastructure to govern it.
The first years were deliberately internal. We built Clarvus to govern our own AI systems before offering it externally. We developed the REAPS framework through live research, not whiteboard theory. We delivered enterprise software to NBFCs and banks to stay grounded in operational constraints.
Today, ArthaVedh operates as a trusted technology partner to banks, NBFCs, and regulated financial institutions, delivering governance platforms, AI-native products, and practitioner-led advisory that reflects how enterprise AI actually behaves in production, not how it performs in a demo.
Governance-First
Every product and engagement is designed with auditability, oversight, and regulatory defensibility as first-class requirements, not afterthoughts.
Practitioner-Led
Leadership carries 30+ years of enterprise BFSI experience. No methodology borrowed from adjacent industries. No analysts advising domains they have never worked in.
IP-Native
Clarvus, REAPS, and CertiVus represent defensible intellectual property developed through operational accountability, with active and continuous research initiatives by our team.
Our Framework
Embedded Enterprise AI
Operational Maturity
Most enterprises measure AI progress by deployment: models in production, automation rates, cost savings. ArthaVedh measures it by depth: how institutionally embedded, continuously governed, and operationally mature AI systems are across the organisation.
Embedded Enterprise AI Operational Maturity is the state in which AI is not merely functional but governed, auditable, and aligned to institutional risk frameworks at every layer, from model inference to board reporting. It is the structural difference between an enterprise that has AI and an enterprise that owns it.
Platform Architecture
One AI operating system. Three regulated enterprise applications. One governance architecture inherited by all.
Governance Architecture
A structured oversight layer that exists independently of the deployment team, with defined escalation protocols and audit mechanisms.
Decision Boundary Clarity
Formally defined boundaries between autonomous AI decisions and human oversight, enforced operationally, not just documented.
Continuous Trust Verification
Trust in AI systems re-established continuously through live monitoring, not assumed at launch and left unchecked.
Regulatory Readiness
Demonstrable AI accountability to regulators and boards with evidence, not assertions, available on demand.
Cryptographic Integrity
AI decisions and model states recorded in tamper-evident, auditable formats to support forensic review and compliance.

Practitioner Credentials
Unmatched Enterprise Experience
ArthaVedh's founders have not studied global payments infrastructure — they built it. These are not claimed firsts. They are delivered, verified, and in production.
Industry First
Each credential below represents a verifiable first — delivered in live, regulated production environments.
Global Payments Cross-Border Transformation
Led end-to-end transformation of cross-border payment infrastructure for a Tier-1 global financial institution, spanning multiple currencies, regulatory jurisdictions, and real-time settlement rails.
UK Faster Payment System
Delivered a landmark UK Faster Payment System (FPS) transaction milestone at enterprise scale — real-time settlement infrastructure within a regulated UK banking environment.
US TCH Real Time Payments
Executed the first US TCH Real Time Payment transaction for a regulated US bank, establishing live RTP connectivity within the US faster payments ecosystem from the ground up.
US Private Cloud Transaction Bank
Architected and deployed a private cloud-native transaction banking platform for a US-regulated financial institution — among the earliest such implementations in the sector.
18+ Clearings across NA, EU and JAPAC
Delivered over 18 clearing integrations spanning North America, Europe, and the JAPAC region — covering RTGS, ACH, FedNow, and regional real-time payment rails at institutional scale.
2022 to 2026
Delivered, Not Planned
Each milestone reflects a genuine product shipped or capability delivered into regulated production. No version roadmaps. No research previews.
GenAI Journey Begins
GenAI research initiated alongside enterprise product outsourcing engagements. Applied research into AI governance requirements for regulated financial institutions commences, grounded in live delivery accountability rather than theoretical frameworks.
Two External Products Delivered
Two enterprise software products delivered to regulated institutions: a Fedwire Clearing gateway for a US bank, and an NBFC lending platform. Clarvus governance framework created internally as the research foundation for ArthaVedh's own AI operations.
Stanli and ArthaTRACK Built
Stanli built as the first Statement Analysis and Working Capital Intelligence application on the Clarvus governance foundation. ArthaTRACK developed for field execution intelligence and operational governance. Both demonstrate Clarvus as a live AI execution layer in production environments.
Pilots and CertiVus Design
Stanli Working Capital Management pilot commenced with a regulated financial institution. CertiVus designed from the ground up with governance embedded by architecture. ArthaTRACK Government Technology pilots initiated across two institutional programmes.
Verification at Scale
CertiVus independent verification programme launches: 500+ public repositories assessed across REAPS principles and 17 compliance frameworks. CertiVus and Stanli showcased at the MEITY Booth, AI Impact India Summit 2026. ArthaVedh recognised as a Leading AI Innovator Shaping India's AI Ecosystem.
Recognition & Ecosystem
